Hi! I’m Dr. Ashlyn Gardner, PT, DPT — a pelvic floor physical therapist and the founder of Dwell Pelvic Physical Therapy.
I’ve spent the past four years specializing in pelvic health and am passionate about helping people feel strong, capable, and truly at home in their bodies.
I earned both my Doctorate in Physical Therapy and my Bachelor’s in Health and Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma, graduating summa cum laude from both programs. My clinical background includes over 70 hours of dry needling coursework, a pelvic health mentorship, and current pursuit of pelvic certification through the Institute of Clinical Excellence — all to continue growing as an evidence-based, whole-body practitioner.
I come from a big, supportive family, and my parents are a meaningful part of the Dwell story. My mom has always modeled how motherhood and movement go hand in hand — inspiring me to help other moms return to the activities they love and feel confident in their bodies again.
My faith is the foundation of this work. The name “Dwell” is inspired by Psalm 23 — a reminder of peace, presence, and restoration.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me soaking up the Colorado sunshine, skiing, lifting weights, running around Wash Park, or hanging out with my dog, Poppy.
